How do I know my budget won't blow out?

Every ResiCorp project starts with a detailed, itemised fixed-price contract — signed before a single nail goes in. Every inclusion is in writing. If something isn't in the contract, we don't charge for it. What we quote is what you pay.

Who actually runs my build day-to-day?

Hamzeh El Sayed — the licensed builder — personally. Not a site supervisor you've never met, not a subcontracted project manager. You get his direct number on day one, and he's on site throughout. That's the ResiCorp difference.

We've had bad experiences with builders before. Why would ResiCorp be different?

Most bad experiences come from builders who over-promise, then hand the job to someone else. At ResiCorp, the person you meet and trust is the person building your home. We also won't take on more projects than we can manage — so you always get our full attention.

What does the free consultation actually involve?

It's a genuine working session — not a sales pitch. Hamzeh visits your site, assesses what's possible, and gives you a clear, honest picture of timeline and budget. You walk away with real information whether you build with us or not. There's no cost and no obligation.

Do I need to have plans or a DA already?

Not at all. We can work from your ideas, from sketch plans, or from full DA-approved drawings. If you already have an architect, we're happy to work alongside them. We also provide design assistance if you need help getting started.

How long does a knock down rebuild or duplex typically take?

It depends on the scope, approvals path and site conditions — but most KDRs run 10–14 months from DA approval to handover. A duplex is typically similar. We give you a clear, week-by-week schedule before we start, and update you throughout.
