People put off the first builder conversation for months — usually because they expect a sales pitch they'll have to defend against. So here's the full agenda of a ResiCorp consultation, published openly. No surprises is how we build, and it's also how we meet.

Before We Meet

You book through the website or WhatsApp. We'll ask a few basics — suburb, project type, rough budget thinking, whether plans exist. That's so the conversation starts at your actual situation, not at zero.

On Your Block (60–90 Minutes)

• The walk: we walk the block together. Hamzeh is reading slope, orientation, access, drainage, trees, neighbouring structures — the things that quietly decide what your project costs.
• Your brief: what you want to build, how you live, what matters most, what you're afraid of. The fears are usually the most useful part.
• The honest read: what's realistic on this block at your budget — including anything that's *not* realistic, said plainly in the first meeting instead of discovered in month six.
• Approval pathway: whether your project likely qualifies for CDC fast-track or needs a DA, and what that means for your timeline.
• Numbers with context: a realistic cost range for your project type on your block — and exactly what would move it up or down.

What Doesn't Happen

No contract on the bonnet of the ute. No "this price is only valid today." No follow-up call barrage. If we're the right builder for your project, that becomes obvious without pressure. If we're not, you'll leave knowing more about your project than you did — and that's fine too.
