People put off the first builder conversation for months — usually because they expect a sales pitch they'll have to defend against. So here's the full agenda of a ResiCorp consultation, published openly. No surprises is how we build, and it's also how we meet.

Before We Meet

You book through the website or WhatsApp. We'll ask a few basics — suburb, project type, rough budget thinking, whether plans exist. That's so the conversation starts at your actual situation, not at zero.

On Your Block (60–90 Minutes)

What Doesn't Happen

No contract on the bonnet of the ute. No "this price is only valid today." No follow-up call barrage. If we're the right builder for your project, that becomes obvious without pressure. If we're not, you'll leave knowing more about your project than you did — and that's fine too.
